In 2015, my life took an exciting turn. I traded my criminal justice textbooks for dumbbells and discovered my true calling as a Personal Trainer. My passion wasn't just about getting people fit—it was about helping them become stronger, both physically and mentally. 💥
My approach evolved through years of working with diverse clients. I realized fitness isn't one-size-fits-all—it's a science, an art, and a personal journey. 📊 I became obsessed with:- Biomechanics and understanding how the human body moves- Nutrition that fuels performance and recovery- Mental wellness as a critical component of physical transformation

Before fitness, I spent 8 years as a Support Worker helping troubled youth, an experience that deeply informed my understanding of human potential and resilience.
